The 2020 CIFTIS will be held at the China National Convention Center and surrounding venues in early September. CIFTIS has been successfully held for six sessions and has attracted about one million visitors and about 10,000 exhibitors from nearly 200 countries and regions. CIFTIS, along with China International Import Expo (CIIE) and China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair)，has become one of the three major exhibition platforms for China’s opening-up that constitute an all-round opening-up and cooperation promotion system for comprehensive development of “Made in China” and “services of China” in the new era, as well as the joint display of import potential and export advantages.
In response to COVID-19 in a scientific and effective manner, and adapting to the development trend “from physical to virtual, from offline to online” of the convention and exhibition industry, the 2020 CIFTIS will be held both offline and online.
