The 130th China Import and Export Fair (the Canton Fair) will be held between October 15 and October 19, 2021, in Guangzhou, with the theme of promoting domestic and international circulations. For the first time, the 130th Canton Fair will be a combination of online and offline exhibitions, and the Pearl River International Trade Forum will be held during the Fair. It will build a new platform featuring “buy from and sell to the world”, which will enable Chinese and international companies and countries across the world to share new opportunities of China’s manufacturing industry and the Chinese market.
Serving as a premier platform for China’s opening up and international trade cooperation, the Canton Fair is regarded as the barometer of China’s foreign trade. Since its inception, the Canton Fair has been held for 129 sessions without interruption in the past 65 years, building trade ties between China and over 220 countries and regions in the world.
During the Fair, 16 product categories in 51 sections will be displayed. The offline exhibition will be held in 3 phases, with each phase lasting for 4 days. The total exhibition area reaches 1.185 million m², providing around 60,000 standard booths. Chinese representatives of overseas organizations and companies, as well as domestic buyers will be invited to participate in the Fair.
